化(hua)學(xue)拋(pao)光(guang)是(shi)指(zhi)在(zai)合(he)適(shi)的(de)溶(rong)液(ye)中(zhong),不(bu)使(shi)用(yong)外(wai)接(jie)電(dian)源(yuan),依(yi)靠(kao)化(hua)學(xue)浸(jin)蝕(shi)作(zuo)用(yong)對(dui)工(gong)件(jian)進(jin)行(xing)的(de)拋(pao)光(guang)。在(zai)化(hua)學(xue)拋(pao)光(guang)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),由(you)於(yu)金(jin)屬(shu)微(wei)觀(guan)表(biao)麵(mian)形(xing)成(cheng)了(le)不(bu)均(jun)勻(yun)的(de)鈍(dun)化(hua)膜(mo),或(huo)由(you)於(yu)形(xing)成(cheng)了(le)類(lei)似(si)電(dian)解(jie)拋(pao)光(guang)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)所(suo)形(xing)成(cheng)的(de)稠(chou)質(zhi)黏(nian)膜(mo),從(cong)而(er)使(shi)表(biao)麵(mian)微(wei)觀(guan)凸(tu)出(chu)部(bu)分(fen)的(de)溶(rong)解(jie)速(su)度(du)顯(xian)著(zhu)大(da)於(yu)微(wei)觀(guan)凹(ao)入(ru)部(bu)分(fen),因(yin)此(ci)降(jiang)低(di)了(le)零(ling)件(jian)的(de)表(biao)麵(mian)顯(xian)微(wei)粗(cu)糙(cao)程(cheng)度(du),使(shi)零(ling)件(jian)表(biao)麵(mian)比(bi)較(jiao)光(guang)亮(liang)和(he)平(ping)整(zheng)。化(hua)學(xue)拋(pao)光(guang)廣(guang)泛(fan)應(ying)用(yong)於(yu)不(bu)鏽(xiu)鋼(gang)、銅及鋁合金等的拋光,還用於對一些零件做裝飾加工。化學拋光可作為電鍍前的處理工序,也可在拋光後輔以必要的防護措施而直接使用。

(1)拋光液的組成及其他影響因素。
①拋光液組成:為了保證化學拋光的效果,必須使金屬表麵溶解,並在表麵形成前述的液體膜或固體膜。化學拋光液的基本組成一般包括腐蝕劑、氧化劑、添加劑和水。其中,腐蝕劑是主要成分,主要使工件在溶液中溶解;氧化劑和添加劑可抑製腐蝕過程,使反應朝有利於拋光的方向進行;水對溶液濃度起調節作用,便於反應產物的擴散。
用作金屬溶解的成分一般是酸,其中用得較多的是H2S04、HN03、HC1、H3PO。、HF等強酸,而對鋁那樣的兩性金屬,也可用NaOH,在zai這zhe些xie酸suan中zhong由you於yu高gao濃nong度du的de磷lin酸suan和he硫liu酸suan都dou具ju有you較jiao高gao的de黏nian度du,可ke形xing成cheng液ye體ti膜mo擴kuo散san層ceng,故gu這zhe種zhong成cheng分fen具ju有you兩liang種zhong功gong能neng。這zhe也ye是shi在zai化hua學xue拋pao光guang液ye的de組zu成cheng中zhong主zhu要yao采cai用yong磷lin酸suan和he硫liu酸suan的de原yuan因yin。為wei了le提ti高gao黏nian度du,使shi擴kuo散san層ceng容rong易yi形xing成cheng,也ye可ke加jia進jin明ming膠jiao或huo甘gan油you等deng能neng提ti高gao黏nian度du的de添tian加jia劑ji。為wei了le促cu進jin固gu體ti膜mo的de形xing成cheng,則ze需xu加jia入ru以yi硝xiao酸suan或huo鉻ge酸suan為wei主zhu的de強qiang氧yang化hua劑ji。
②拋光時間:化學拋光存在一個最佳拋光時間範圍。若時間過短,隻能獲得沒有光澤的梨皮狀表麵;若時間過長,不僅溶液損失增大,而且加工表麵會出現汙點或斑點。而這個時間範圍受材料、paoguangyezuchengjipaoguangwendudengyinsudeyingxiang,tongchangnanyiyuce,zhinengtongguoshiyanceding。huaxuepaoguangzhongwangwangtongshichanshengqingqi,zheshizaipaoguangjuyouqingcuiminganxingcailiaoshibixuzhuyidewenti。lingwaipaoguangyewendugaoda100~
200CC時,還會發生退火作用。為了把氫脆和退火作用的影響降到最低,就必須在最適溫度範圍內選擇盡可能短的拋光時間。
③拋光溫度:huaxuepaoguangshi,rongjiesudusuizhepaoguangyewendudetigaoerxianzhuzengjia。ciwai,qiangyanghuaxingdesuanzaigaowenshideyanghuazuoyonghuibiandehenxianzhu。zaihuaxuepaoguangzhong,youyuzhexiesuanderongjiezuoyongheyanghuazuoyonghuitongshifasheng,guduoshuqingkuangxiadoushibapaoguangyejiaredaojiaogaowendulaijinxingpaoguangde。
需要提供溫度來進行拋光的金屬有鋼鐵、鎳、鉛(qian)等(deng),若(ruo)溫(wen)度(du)低(di)於(yu)某(mou)一(yi)定(ding)值(zhi),就(jiu)會(hui)失(shi)去(qu)光(guang)滑(hua)的(de)腐(fu)蝕(shi)表(biao)麵(mian),故(gu)存(cun)在(zai)一(yi)個(ge)形(xing)成(cheng)光(guang)澤(ze)麵(mian)的(de)臨(lin)界(jie)點(dian),在(zai)臨(lin)界(jie)點(dian)以(yi)上(shang)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)範(fan)圍(wei)內(nei)拋(pao)光(guang)效(xiao)果(guo)較(jiao)好(hao)。而(er)這(zhe)個(ge)溫(wen)度(du)範(fan)圍(wei)又(you)因(yin)液(ye)體(ti)的(de)組(zu)成(cheng)不(bu)同(tong)而(er)異(yi),如(ru)果(guo)高(gao)於(yu)這(zhe)個(ge)溫(wen)度(du)範(fan)圍(wei),會(hui)形(xing)成(cheng)點(dian)蝕(shi)、局部汙點或斑點,使整個拋光效果降低。此外,溫度越高,材料的溶解損失也越大。
(2)銅及其合金的化學拋光。銅和單相銅合金可在磷酸一硝酸一醋酸或硫酸一硝酸一鉻酸型溶液中進行化學拋光
在使用過程中需經常補充硝酸,拋光時如果二氧化氮析出較少,零件表麵呈暗黃色時,可按配置量的1/3補充硝酸。為防止過量的水帶入槽內,零件應幹燥後再拋光。
(3)鋁及鋁合金的化學拋光。為獲得光亮的表麵,必須嚴格控製拋光液硝酸的含量。硝酸含量過低,拋光速度慢且拋光後表麵光澤性差;xiaosuanhanliangguogao,rongyifashenglinzhuangfushi。linsuannongdudishi,bunenghuodeguangliangdebiaomian,weilefangzhirongyebeixishi,paoguangqiandelingjianbiaomianyingganzao。cusuanheliusuankeyiyizhidianzhuangfushi,shipaoguangbiaomianjunyun、xizhi。liusuananheniaosukeyijianshaoyanghuadandexichu,bingyouzhuyugaishanpaoguangzhiliang。shaoliangdetonglizikeyifangzhiguofushi,congertigaopaoguangbiaomiandejunyunxing,danhanliangguogaoyouhuijiangdipaoguangbiaomiandefanguangnengli。gegankeyitigaolvxintonghejindepaoguangzhiliang,hanxin、銅絲高的強度鋁合金在不含鉻酐的拋光液中,難以獲得光亮的表麵。
經化學拋光的零件,一般應在室溫下於400—500g/L的硝酸中或在100~200g/L的鉻酐溶液中,浸漬數秒至數十秒,以除去表麵的接觸銅。
